We encourage you to use this Portal for all of your non-urgent communication and appointment needs with Little Flower Family Medicine. The practice operates with minimal staff assistance so you are likely to get a much quicker response sending a message through the Portal, rather than calling. Please bookmark this page for easy access on your web browser. Messages and requests are secure and confidential and kept on file for future reference. Please keep in mind that messaging is not a substitute for personal visits for examination and counseling with your doctor.

Check for Confirmation E-mail

If you schedule an appointment or make a payment through Updox, please make sure you receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive one, your appointment may not have been saved or your payment not processed, even though it may appear in your portal account.  Please call the office if you have made an appointment or payment and no email confirmation was received.

Scheduling Multiple Family Members?
We understand that it is more convenient for large families to schedule several appointments back-to-back.  Unfortunately, due to the difficulties we been having with consecutive visits, the maximum number of visits we are able to schedule back-to-back is two. When scheduling two family members back-to-back they must be scheduled with the same provider. If you do schedule more than three family members consecutively, you may be asked to reschedule the additional visits.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Need A Same Day Appointment?
The care of our patients is our utmost priority, therefore we want to be sure that your needs are met. If you are needing a same-day appointment and do not see any availability on our provider's schedules, please call the office at 636-875-1140, select opt 1.

Scheduling NaPro/Hormone Therapy?
If you are interested in scheduling a visit pertaining to NaPro Technology or hormone therapy - please schedule under Amanda Frederick.

Interested in becoming a New Patient?

Little Flower Family Medicine IS ACCEPTING requests for tongue tie evaluations. To request an evaluation please complete the form found on the practice website. 

We are currently on a waiting list for all new to our practice primary care patients. 

Notes on Using the Portal:

Please do NOT use the Portal for urgent or emergeny medical concerns. For medical emergencies such as chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent issues, call the office phone number.  

When you send a message through the Patient Portal, it will not show up in your sent folder until it has been read by Little Flower staff.

Please make sure your child has been seen by a provider in our practice for a Well-Child visit before scheduling an immunization visit with the nurse.  

To manage multiple members of the same family, We need to create a unique Username and Password for each family member. This way each family member has an individual account for scheduling and messaging. If you would like to use one e-mail address for multiple family members (such as a parent and child or multiple children), please only register and verify an account for ONE family member. Then use the secure messaging to send us the remaining family members' names, gender, and birth dates. We will create portal accounts for any additional family member. You will then receive an automated email with a temporary login for each account so you can add demographics and insurance information. If you do not receive the email please check your SPAM folder.
