You can use our patient portal to communicate securely with your provider, view future appointments and view clinical records. The patient portal is monitored frequently, but we do not recommend utilizing the portal for urgent issues.
If you are having an urgent concern during regular business hours, please call the office at 919-933-8381. If you are having an urgent concern after hours, please contact our nurse triage line at 919-230-9993 OR you can submit a request for a call back by following the link below. Please only submit one request as duplicates will delay response time. There will be a $20 charge for each inquiry submitted to the nurse triage service. This charge cannot be billed to insurance. If the nurse is not able to fully resolve your issue, they will be able to contact the CPIM provider on call. The portal is checked intermittently over the weekend, if you want to send a concern that will allow for a 4-5 hour response time, you can send a message via Updox. Please do not send a message via Updox and call the nurse triage line.
