Welcome to Critical Care and Pulmonary Consultants, P.C. patient portal.  This portal will enable your doctor and staff to communicate with you and also allow you to communicate with our practice. You will be receiving an email message like this:

However, based on our physician?s schedule, there are certain restrictions we need to place on the use of our portal. Our physicians work in the office one day per week and in the hospital intensive care unit their remaining work days.  Due to the unpredictable workload in the ICU, they cannot answer urgent messages daily. Your doctor is expected to answer communications from the portal once per week but may be able to answer more frequently time permitting. However your physician answering sooner than one week is not guaranteed..  With that being said, the rules of our portal are as follows:

Emergency medical concerns, dial 911 or go to your local emergency room. Examples would include chest pain, inability to breathe, or high fever.

Urgent issues are defined as Items that need to be responded to that day. 

          Please call our clinic at 303-745-0000 and follow the prompts.

Prescriptions: This can be done through the patient portal, except for NARCOTIC prescriptions.Please allow 48 work hours to fill prescriptions.

Durable medical equipment: This can be done through the patient portal:

Describe your issues related to CPAP, BPAP, or oxygen equipment via the portal

Confirmation of appointment's schedule: This can be done through the patient portal

Confirm or cancel your appointment GREATER than 48 hours before your appointment with confirmation that all your tests have been completed.

General questions and concerns that need to be addressed within the week. This can be done through the patient portal.
