Annual portal fee
Joining the portal gives you secure email access to Dr. Lee, the ability to do Virtual Office Visits, online scheduling, obtain lab results and tests as well as prescription refills. The fee is $10 annually per person, children under 18 are free.
Virtual office visit
As an extended service to patients, you may request a virtual office visit for simple medical concerns that do not require your physical presence in the office. A Virtual office visit is an online consultation with Dr. Lee. Once completed, Dr. Lee will review your information and determine an appropriate treatment plan. You should hear back from Dr. Lee within 24 hours. A Virtual office visit should only be used in certain conditions such as colds, reoccurring bladder infections or reoccuring sinus infections, or discussion of lab results. It should never be used for medical emergencies such as chest pain or trouble breathing. This service is not reimbursed by insurance and is provided by a cash fee paid online via Paypal.
