Welcome to our practice portal. This is a site were we can send you secure information that only you can access via your unique username and  password. We can post x-ray or lab reports that you can read yourself as well as related medical information. We can also post lab orders that you can print at your leisure and take to your lab. No more lost lab forms. 

You may also send e-mail messages and attachments if needed to us during our regular office hours.
