Our office is open for in office visits, as well as telehealth visits.
Please note, due to Covid-19, we will be unable to see patients in office if they have any of the following symptoms:
Fever, Chills, Cough, Congestion/Runny Nose, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, New Excessive Fatigue, Muscle/Body Aches, Headache, New Loss of Taste or Smell, Nausea or Vomiting, or Diarrhea. If you are exhibiting any of these symptoms, your appointment will need to be through telehealth.
For a telehealth visit, we will need your cell phone number for videophone visit, or your email address for a computer visit. For many of you, we already have that information on file. To schedule a telehealth visit, please call our office.
We are requesting that anyone coming in for lab-only services (i.e. blood draws, shots, etc.) call to schedule an appointment. This is so we can control the number of patients who are in the waiting room at any given time.
