We invite you to log in at your child's portal. You can request for your child's physical and immunization forms and request for medication refills. You can also request for referrals to other specialist. You can also update your child's profile for changes in address and insurance information. Through your child's portal, you can send us messages and ask advice regarding your child's health. However, during urgent situations, we recommend that you call our office during office hours at 315 342 4217 or off office hours at 315 591 4908 . For medical emergencies, please call 911. Routine messages will be responded within 24 hours or the next business day.
Your Child's Clinical Summary can be viewed within 24 hours after your child's visit. Copies of Laboratory and Radiology results can be sent upon request.
