Patient Portal is a secure web-based system that allows you to have convenient
24-hour access to portions of your personal health information. Our Patient
Portal is also a convenient way for you to communicate with our office.
1. Our hours are 9am-4pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Tuesday we are open pam-12pm. We are closed between the hours of
12pm and 2pm for lunch.
2. Prescription refills can take up to 48 hours to process.
