Welcome to the Endocrine Associate of Oswego's Patient Portal!
You can now request clinical summaries, blood work reports and imaging studies sent to your inbox.
You can get appointment reminders and even request specific dates and time for your next appointment.
You may also leave a message on the Patient Portal that will be addressed during business hours. You can send message to our staff for any clinical issues including request for medication refills. Requests for prescription refills can still be left on the office answering machine to be picked up on the next business day, or call during business hours to request a refill.

If you have an urgent issue and you need to reach us after hours, please call (315) 216-4871, and you will be redirected to our after hours call service. Only use the on-call number for true urgent issues.
