Welcome to our practice's Patient Portal.
We now participate in the DMV Vision Registry program. For $10 we can perform the official NYS Driver's License Vision test and record your results on line.You will be able to securely send non-urgent messages to our office, such as requests for prescription renewals.
Most messages will be reviewed within 2 - 3 business days.
If you have an urgent health concern, please call the office or go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.
Our office can send you secure messages through the portal as well. You will receive an email message to check your portal for a message, if we send you a message.
You will be able to view a summary of your most recent visit for 14 days after your visit.
