  • Send Secure Messages with Attachments

    (click send message under your name)

  • Request a copy of your Lab Results and provider comments

  • Access Requested Medical Records

  • Update your Insurance Information

    (click my profile under your name).  Note: If you have Anthem insurance, our portal provider has them listed as "Novologix -Anthem BCBS".  If you do not find your insurance listed, send us the information via a secure portal message.
