Providence Family Practice is an independently-owned group of family physicians that was started over 50 years ago.   Our mission is to provide competent, compassionate and courteous medical care to our patients.  Our physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and members of The American Academy of Family Physicians.

We will reply to requests for laboratory tests, imaging tests such as x-rays and other medical test results.  Requests for prescription refills should include the exact name of the medication, strength and dosing instructions.  We suggest that you ask your pharmacy to send an electronic refill request for your medications.  Providence Family Practice will not be able to prescribe new medications or discuss test results via email.  If you have a new or old medical problem you should call our office and schedule an appointment to see your physician.
