Thank you for using The Vaccine Center for your health services! Your results will be e-mailed to you through our patient portal system. This assures that you always have access to all results from our office, any time that you need them. They will never be erased from your portal.
The information on how to join our patient portal will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided our office in your registration. If you have received results from our office before, your results will be sent to the same portal account that you use previously.
If you do not receive an e-mail from our office on the same day as your visit, please check your Spam folder before contacting us. This e-mail will be from The Vaccine Center, and will tell you how to access your account.
There will be a message link on the upper left side of the page. This is where all results will be located. You will receive a new e-mail when your results are sent to your portal account.
Please keep the patient portal web address, your username, and your password saved. If you ever need your lab results, this is how you will access them. This is also where any new test results will be sent.

We have the ability to meet all of your Immigration needs and provide medical examinations with a designated Civil Surgeon. We offer great pricing and service. We accept appointments with minimal to no waiting.
