OUR PROVIDERS Alexander Gloria, MD is a board certified Family Practitioner with a current medical license to practice in Oregon. Adriane Tuttle, NP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a current nurse practitioner license to practice in Oregon. Dr. Mary Bess Gloria is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a current license to practice in Oregon. We ask that you identify yourself as a patient of one single provider. You may ask to see the other provider for urgent issues if necessary.

AFTER HOURS
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Urgent after-hours and weekend calls will be answered by the provider on-call at 503-861-5503. We ask that you please reserve this service for urgent matters that cannot wait until the following business day only.
CANCELED AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please call 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule an
appointment. Three no-show appointments
or same day cancellations may result in termination of care. 1st no-show appointment a letter
will be sent with first warning. 2nd
no-show appointment a $25.00 fee will be charged and letter will be sent with
second warning. You cannot schedule
another appointment until this fee is paid.
3rd no-show appointment a $50.00 fee will be charged and a
termination of services letter will be sent via certified mail. It is important to keep your
appointments. If you have an emergency
and cannot make your appointment, please call the office as soon as possible,
as there may be other patients who can be seen at that time.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Please call your pharmacy for prescription refills at least three business days in advance. your pharmacy will then fax us a refill request. We try to respond to all pharmacy requests within 24-48 business hours. Calling the office for refills may delay your refill time. In the case of an emergency or mail-in pharmacies, please leave a message with our medical assistant with your name, phone number, pharmacy preference and fax number, and medication name, strength, and directions. Please be as specific as possible.
REFERRAL POLICY
*You have a choice about where to receive diagnostic testing, health
care treatment or services.
*Please talk to your provider about the available choices when a
referral is made.
*Wimahl Family Clinic recommends facilities for testing, treatment and
services based upon your need and the facilities we know may accept your
insurance.
*If you chose a different facility you are responsible for determining
the extent of coverage or the limitation of coverage.
